Please note we only post our products within New Zealand

Our deliveries are sent New Zealand Post. We offer either an Economy or Express option. After ordering, when payment is cleared into our account, you will be manually emailed your tracking number (Express only) which can be used to track the delivery status of your order through the courier company website. The target delivery times may vary depending on the country. Please note we are not liable for any duty, clearance or customs charges which you may acquire after ordering.

Returns

If you would like to return an item you purchased from us, you can do so for a refund. The item has to be in the same state they were bought in and freight will be at your expense. Delivery fees will not be refunded. A further 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
